The S.M.A.R.T. Sales Management And Recruitment Teams Contract
The S.M.A.R.T Sales Management And Recruitment Teams contract is a joint venture. We both gain when people we source and secure for you make deals. It has two elements.
The Set-Up Fee £3-5,000
This is a spread payment to fund initial work, including AI voice agents, workflows, hotel bookings, taking briefs, preparing job descriptions, recruitment planning, remuneration schemes, expenses, job description and video design and publication, profile identities travel, support infrastructure, advertising, marketing etc. The Set Up fee will vary on an assessment of how much work needs to be done to lay a strong foundation for success.
The Monthly Fee – £40-60 % per sales.
How much depends on industry, margin and age, size of the business. It also includes support with the staff member and ai agents. The detail of which varies for each client.
Termination from either party is with 12 months’ notice.
Suitable for medium sized, established, high growth companies that have a proven business and ready to scale.
