A G.R.I.P. contract comes with a 3,6,9 or 12-month replacement guarantee. So, you receive a minimum of months service for each placement. This means we take the risk of new staff not working out. It also means we make more professional effort to make sure we get their right person, first time.
Investment Options:
Typically 20% of starting salary in 12 monthly payments, one up front. Payments freeze during any breaks.
