Success Moves Sales started in 2008 recruiting British sales teams for companies in the financial district of Frankfurt. We ran what we call Interview Process Days in 4 Star London venues. We advertised, promoted, marketed, advertised those opportunities, and invited suitable applicants to an Interview Process Day. Then and now about half that confirmed they are coming actually arrived. No wasted time on the weaker candidates.
 
On the day they have to present in front of a group and perform in two role plays that make absolutely sure they can perform all the skills required of a professional sales closer. Those that don’t make the grade are rejected through the day.
 
Depending on the client the short list that gets through can do a second day of client ready training. The client received a highly filtered team.
We work on all remuneration formulas yet we strongly always preferred Payment by Results formulas. The reality is that the better-quality sales professionals are confident enough to have a larger share of the deals they bring in. They also do not want a culture where they have lower OTE to fund those who don’t deliver.
 
There are four formulas in this category.
Commission Only
Remuneration paid on closing sales, perhaps only on cash receipts.
Rapid Results
Commission on sales but also an advance payment on commissions, for the first three months.
FlexiBasic Plus
Payments made on all pipeline work added on to the CRM. Recorded on CRM Contact Calls, Visits, Zooms, Proposals, any activity that takes a prospect from cold to warm and warmer to even warmer and hot. Commission is paid on sales is main income but less to cover the advance payments.
Low Basic High Commission
A very low basic is paid to cover travel, accommodation, and food but nothing else. Emphasis is on the Commission on sales.
 
All of these formulas allow high income to the sales person. And low risk to the employer. Which is best depends on industry, office, or remote, and various specific factors.
Since 2008 Success Moves Sales has been the market leader in commission only sales. We have learnt there are different type of commission only sales professionals and we have come very adept at testing and recognising right fit. That is why our recruitment deals all carry guarantees of productivity. We usually do not charge based on placement; we charge based on productive placements.
We have researched the whole world to find out where the best opportunities for productive sales people are.
 
The answer is simple: Dubai.
Dubai has also culture, with attractive well financed markets to sell to and with no income tax a sales professionals dream.
We have and seek three types of clients.
1.Business already established in Dubai that want to grow
By recruiting expat sales professionals. Usually from UK, Europe, and USA.
2. Business is Dubai that want to recruit from sales professionals already in Dubai.
3. Business established in UK, Europe or USA that wish to open a Dubai operation.
 
We run Interview Process Days in both London and Dubai and anywhere as required. We do all the recruitment. You can attend the events and have all the interviewed fully processed on one day. Leave it all to us. Or see the event remotely.
We charge per productive sales person. This can be either a fixed fee per productive person or a monthly rental for a fixed period of 12 months. We require an advance of 10 months (fully credited) to fund the initial brief, we will visit, interview your current top billers, produce full marketing information on your business to promote Then book hotels, venues, complete with Presenter, assist and all materials. We will arrange flights out and accommodation as required. All these services included in the recruitment fee.
